You have 24 hours to run 26,2 miles either on your own or as part of a team. You can take as many breaks as you like, split up the distance in any way that you like as long as you cover the total distance in the 24 hour time period, then really anything goes!

As long as you cover the total distance in the 24 hour time period, then really anything goes! 8 x 5ks, 4 x 10ks, all in one go, with your friends, or on your own. You decide how to run your fastest or funnest marathon.
Pick your 24 hour period starting between 00:01 on 24th Sept and ending 23:59 on 27th Sept, lace up and get running. Submit your evidence in your Run Things account area and we will send you your medal! Time to put all that summer training to good use.
You can link your Strava to your run things account to directly pull through your activity, or you can manually upload your activity using screenshots from any run tracking app or even pictures of your treadmill workouts. It really is that simple!
