The first RTRC challenge of the year. Here's what you've got to do...
- Sign up to the event and select your day and 1 hour time slot in the week 27 March to 2 April. You can change this time right up until the event starts on 30 Jan.
Make sure the date and time you choose IS between 27 March and 2 April!
- Go out and rip yourself to shreds recording your fastest possible 5k
- See how much you've improved!
